Women Only Classes

These lessons are designed specifically for women who want to enjoy lessons in a relaxed, non-competitive setting. These classes are taught and led by women, providing a comfortable environment to swim regardless of your ability. Every lesson is tailored to suit you and your needs. Working on water confidence, to technical improvements, at beginner level, to advanced, fitness based sessions in small groups, or 1-2-1 sessions.

Never too Late to Learn

Have you always wanted to swim but missed the chance to learn as a child? Its never too late. Our NTLTL classes are aimed at over 50’s and are suitable for beginner and intermediate swimmers looking for stroke improvement. Each lesson will be either a one-to-one or a small group session and will focus on individual goals.

Water Rehabilitation for Injury

Our rehabilitation lessons are specifically for injury sufferers looking to recover using both in-water and dry-side techniques. These lessons are one-to-one only, with a bespoke training plan tailored with your personal goals and injury in mind. The teachers are all trained specialists and will work in the water with you at your own pace. The training plan will also include dry-side techniques, which will be overseen by Emma to ensure you are comfortable and the plan is right for you. These sessions are offered to anyone who has suffered an injury, regardless of swimming ability.

Bumps and Breaststroke

‘Bumps and Breaststroke’ is our pregnancy swimming programme. Whether you are in your first, second or third trimester, these sessions are designed with expectant mothers in mind. Beginners, intermediate or even advanced swimmers are welcome, each lesson will guide you through movements suited to your ability.
